FAQ

Answers to the topics caregivers ask us about most.

01

How do I reset my password?

From the sign-in screen in the app, choose "Forgot your password?" and enter the email for your account. We will send a reset link that expires in 15 minutes. If it does not arrive, check spam or request a new link.

02

Someone did not get their family invite. What should I do?

In the app, resend the invite from the Family tab or try an alternate email address. If it still does not arrive, email support and we will help activate their account manually.

03

Where do I find my Emergency or Appointment packs?

In the app, go to Profile → Caregiver packs. Emergency Pack opens as a secure, view-only screen. Appointment Packs list visit summaries, and you can export a PDF from there when the feature is available for your account.

04

Does CareQuest Go provide medical advice?

No. CareQuest Go helps organize information and coordinate care. It does not recommend treatments, dosages, diagnoses, or emergency actions. For medical decisions, contact your loved one's clinicians; for emergencies, call 911 or your local emergency number.
