Delete Your Account

Delete it in the app

1. Open CareQuest Go and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Sign in again to confirm it's you.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

After deletion we keep only security audit logs and records we are legally required to keep, under access restrictions and never for marketing.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the store you purchased from (the App Store or Google Play).

Can't get into the app?

Email support@carequesthq.com from the email address on your account, and we will delete the account.
